Users of MyLoads.co.za (the “Platform”) are required to agree and conform to the Terms of Service and this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of these policies may result in suspension of accounts, loss of access to services, or legal action where appropriate.
1. Security and Responsible Use
MyLoads requires all users — both Shippers and Transporters — to use their accounts and the Platform responsibly. Any attempts to compromise security, exploit system vulnerabilities, or interfere with normal operations are strictly prohibited.
Examples of prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

Attempting to break into the MyLoads system or any other user’s account,

Forging or falsifying messages, load postings, or Proof of Delivery (POD),

Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful scripts,

Engaging in fraud, payment manipulation, or misrepresentation,

Harassing or abusing other users on the Platform.
Such conduct may constitute a cybercrime under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) and may render offenders liable to criminal prosecution, fines, or imprisonment.
2. Fraudulent or Malicious Behaviour
The use of MyLoads services to engage in fraudulent behaviour — including false load postings, false quotations, or attempts to misdirect escrow funds — is expressly forbidden.
The Platform does not condone or encourage any illegal material, transactions, or conduct.
3. Enforcement and Investigation
If inappropriate activity is detected, all accounts linked to the user in question may be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted.

Prior notification to the user is not guaranteed.

In extreme cases, law enforcement or regulatory authorities may be notified.

Because of the potential legal and technical risks, MyLoads reserves the right to deactivate first and ask questions later, to protect the integrity of the service and the safety of all users.
