1.5. This Policy applies to all data subjects interacting with MyLoads, including Shippers, Transporters, prospective employees, contractors, service providers, regulators, and any persons acting in a representative capacity.
2. Collection of Personal Information
2.1. We collect and process personal information mainly to provide access to our services and improve our offerings.
2.2. We collect personal information directly from you when you register, post loads, submit quotations, request services, or communicate with us.
2.3. Website usage data may be collected using cookies (see section 13).
2.4. We do not knowingly collect personal information of children without the consent of a competent person.

We may collect and process the following types of personal information:

Business registration and verification details (for Transporters),
