GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The General Terms and Conditions of Use of MyLoads.co.za shall apply exclusively. These terms are binding on MyLoads and any Users of the platform in the absence of an explicit written agreement to the contrary by both Parties.MyLoads.co.za (hereinafter referred to as the “Facilitator”) is an online load-posting and transport marketplace platform where customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Shippers”) may post loads for transportation. Registered transport companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Transporters”) may submit quotations for these loads. Shippers may then compare and accept a quotation. All payments for loads are made upfront into the Facilitator’s escrow account, and funds are only released to the Transporter upon confirmed delivery or valid Proof of Delivery (POD).
The Facilitator does not provide transport or logistics services and is not affiliated with any carrier, association, or group. MyLoads only provides the digital marketplace and escrow mechanism. A nominal platform fee may apply per transaction.
POPIA (Privacy)
By registering on MyLoads.co.za, you give MyLoads, its subsidiaries, and partner companies consent to communicate with you via email, SMS, and/or other channels. This may include information on loads, quotations, and marketing material.

All content on MyLoads.co.za, including text, images, graphics, and videos, is the property of MyLoads (Pty) Ltd and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any part of this website without prior written permission from the Facilitator.

Shippers are responsible for the accuracy of load details (weight, volume, pickup/delivery addresses, timing, restrictions, etc.).

Transporters are responsible for the safe carriage of goods, insurance cover, and timely delivery. The Facilitator does not assume responsibility for the goods being transported.

Ownership and responsibility for the load rests with the Shipper and Transporter once carriage begins.
DELIVERY & CONFIRMATION
Risk and responsibility for the load pass between Shipper and Transporter at pickup and delivery points. Shippers must confirm delivery within 48 hours of completion. Transporters must provide a valid POD. If the Shipper fails to confirm, the Facilitator may auto-release payment after a set period.
DISPUTES
The Facilitator is indemnified from any claims that may arise between Shipper and Transporter. Disputes must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery and will be mediated in line with the Refunds & Disputes Policy.
QUANTITY & CONDITIONS
Shippers must ensure that load details (dimensions, weight, hazardous status, special handling) are accurate. Transporters are responsible for providing appropriate vehicles and equipment. Any discrepancies must be resolved directly between the Shipper and the Transporter.
REGISTRATION
By registering on MyLoads.co.za, you agree to all privacy, acceptable use, and terms and conditions of the platform and its partner companies. Transporters must provide valid business registration, insurance, and banking details before payouts will be processed.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Facilitator will not be held liable for delayed or interrupted deliveries due to force majeure events (strikes, accidents, weather, riots, etc.). Communication regarding delays remains between Shipper and Transporter.
PERFORMANCE
Should a Transporter fail to perform (non-delivery, late delivery without cause, rejected load, or inadequate service), the Facilitator reserves the right to cancel the booking, refund the Shipper, and suspend or remove the Transporter from the platform.
The Facilitator will not be held liable for costs incurred by either Shipper or Transporter due to such failures.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

All transactions are Cash on Order (COO): full upfront payment into the Facilitator’s escrow account is required before a booking is confirmed.

Funds are held securely and only released to the Transporter upon confirmed delivery or valid POD.

In the event of disputes, payment may be withheld until resolution.
